Chau gongs are traditional instruments used for their meditative, therapeutic and musical applications. Known for their deep fundamentals and rich overtone spectrum, they produce long-lasting vibrations and respond sensitively to different playing techniques and dynamics.The Mantra design features a predominantly dark, low-gloss surface contrasted with densely engraved concentric rows of the Tibetan Buddhist mantra Om Mani Padme Hum in traditional Tibetan script.The engravings expose brighter bronze tones, creating subtle reflective highlights and a finely structured surface. The central Om symbol forms the visual focal point of the design.
